Overview

Take a scenic seaside mountain bike ride from Hue to Hoi An. The scenery on this tour is spectacular with a variety of terrain including mountain roads, beaches, rivers, forests and tiny rural farms which adds to the experience. This is the most taxing part of our day excursion by bike. Make sure you're in shape before you go on this spectacular bicycle journey.

Itinerary

8:00 Depart Hoi An and pedal the coast road along China Beach pausing for beverages before going up and through the Hai Van pass, dubbed "the most beautiful coastal mountain road in the world" by BBC's Top Gear. We bypass the gridlock on Highway 1 by taking the picturesque rural highway where we can experience some of Vietnam's most spectacular vistas. We stop for a seafood lunch at Lang Co Beach then continue around the rim of Lang Co lagoon passing through little fishing towns and ascending and descending Phu Gia hill. The last stretch to Hue's old capital is by minivan.

✦ Great bike: We offer the best quality bicycle in Hoi An - TREK bicycles. Our bicycles are lightweight, multi-speed with front-suspension and available in all sizes to accommodate everyone. A comfortable saddle with a women's specific version is also available so you are able to have a safe and comfortable ride with us.
✦ Support Minivan: An air conditioned backup support minivan is available the whole trip. This vehicle also serves as our mode of transport when we are not on the bike.
